Earlier this year, I went on this 9 Nights 10 Days USA Holiday with a group of 30 amazing people from the UAE and it turned out to be one of the best holidays I have ever had. Everything from flights and hotel stays to transfers and guided tours was perfectly organized and taken care of by Arooha Tours.


The hotels we stayed at was very nice, clean, comfortable and located in a nice area, transportation was always on time and the city tours were well guided. Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in New York City

Once you land at the airport you will meet our local representative who will warmly welcome you to the beautiful America. There onwards he will guide you to the airport transfer by JFK that will take you to a designated hotel for check in. Once you have checked into the hotel you can refresh and rest for a while. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner at an Indian restaurant.

Then we will be visiting the famous Times Square that is also known as "The Crossroads of the World." You can also take an optional visit to check out various places such as the Madame Tussauds Wax Museum, experience "The Ride" bus tour or even go to the 86th floor of the famous Empire State Building to enjoy the best city views. After that, have a nice overnight hotel stay at the Holiday Inn Manhattan or the Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Manhattan or another hotel of similar category.

Day 2
New York City Exploration

On day 2, wake up in the famous New York City and start your morning with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Next we have a guided city tour in New York where we will be able to take a ferry ride from Battery Park to the Statue of Liberty as well as visit a wide range of unique locations such as the Wall Street,Charging Bull,Rockefeller Center,Ground Zero,United Nations Headquarters,Trump Tower and finally don’t forget to visit the One World Observatory which is known as the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere. For dinner enjoy a good meal at an Indian restaurant.

Day 3
New York to Washington, D.C.

On day 3, enjoy a nice breakfast and check out from the hotel. We will be taking a drive from New York to Washington D.C and it will take about 4 hours to reach the destination. Once we reach Washington D.C we will be going on a guided city tour to various popular locations such as The White House,Lincoln Memorial,Supreme Court,Capitol Building,Union Station,World War II Memorial,Pentagon,Washington Monument and the Library of Congress. Finally, don't forget to visit the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. In the evening enjoy a nice dinner at an Indian restaurant and enjoy an overnight hotel stay either at Sheraton Reston or Marriott Bethesda or another hotel of similar category.

Day 4
Washington, D.C. to Niagara Falls via Hershey

On day 4, enjoy your breakfast and check out from the hotel. We will be taking a drive to Hershey, Pennsylvania which will approximately take 4 hours.Once we reach there we will be visiting the famous Hershey's Chocolate World to learn about the chocolate making process and shop for souvenirs.Next we continue to drive to Niagara Falls which will take about 5 hours. After a full day of travelling, enjoy a nice meal and have a good night’s sleep at your hotel stay.

Niagara Falls Tour

On day 5, enjoy a nice breakfast at the hotel and get ready for an exciting guided city tour in Niagara Falls. During this city tour you will be able to visit many locations such as the Cave of the Winds,Niagara Adventure Theater,Aquarium of Niagara.Niagara Gorge Discovery Center and finally do some shopping at local malls and take the famous "Maid of the Mist" boat ride to get close to the Niagara falls.After a day full of enjoying Niagara Falls we will be returning back to the hotel in a quick shuttle transfer to have dinner and take some rest.

Niagara Falls to Orlando

On day 6, start your day with a nice breakfast at the hotel. We will be travelling from Niagara Falls to Orlando, so take a quick transfer to the Buffalo Airport for a flight to Orlando.Once you arrive to Orlando take a quick transfer to the designated hotel to check in, have dinner and take some rest.

Magic Kingdom, Orlando

On day 7, enjoy your nice breakfast and get ready to take a quick transfer to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom. Enjoy an exciting day at the Disney World Magic Kingdom where we will be able to see themed lands, enjoy fun rides, parades and meet various Disney characters.After a day full of enjoying the Disney World we will be returning back to the hotel in a quick shuttle transfer to have dinner and take some rest.

Day 8
EPCOT, Orlando

On day 8 in the U.S, have a quick breakfast and get ready to take a quick transfer to the Disney's EPCOT Center. At the Disney EPCOT Center we will be able to see the Future World and World Showcase that features pavilions from 11 different countries which is such an amazing thing to see. After a day full of enjoying the future worlds we will be returning back to the hotel to have dinner and take some rest.

Day 9
SeaWorld, Orlando

On day 9, start your day with a good breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a day full of fun adventures. First we will be taking a quick shuttle transfer to SeaWorld Orlando. At the SeaWorld Orlando you will be able to watch live shows of aquatic beings, various exciting rides and even exhibited animals. After a day full of enjoying the aquatic world we will be returning back to the hotel to have dinner and take some rest.

Departure from Orlando

On your final day in America, enjoy a quick breakfast arranged at the hotel and check out. The airport transfer will pick you up and drop you off at the Orlando airport in time for you to board the return flight to Dubai. Accomdatation for all nine nights will be arranged in clean, comfrtable and well located hotels in the area on a bed and brekafast basis,so you will be getting breakfast daily from each hotel you stay at.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days and beyond before departure: 20% of holiday cost is not refundable along with complete ticket cancellation not refundable.
  • Non-refundable booking fee + 35% holiday cost between 31 and 44 days before departure.
  • From 30 to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable reservation fee + 50% holiday cost.
  • 14 to 10 days before departure: Booking charge that cannot be refunded + 75% holiday cost.
  • 10 days or less before departure: 100% of total will be charged.

  • The travel visa to the U.S is not included and you need to apply for your own U.S. visa but visa guidance is provided.
  • There will be no refunds given for any skipped activities,site visits or unused services.
  • Travel insurance is not covered but we recommend you to get one for your own safety.
  • The Itinerary can be changed by Arooha tours without informing earlier in case of any unexpected circumstances like flight delays, extreme weather changes or unexpected turn of events.
  • Costs for shopping, laundry, additional meals, extra activities,tips, souvenirs and other personal expenses are not covered in the package price.
  • If you carry more than the allowed amount of baggage you will have to pay the airline at your own expense.
  • Arooha is your tour planner and they will plan everything from flights, hotels,transfers and more through trusted partners.
  • The full payment must be made on time or else the booking will be canceled.
