UAE Visa Services
These conditions apply specifically to the UAE visa procedure so be sure to go through carefully. That included Dubai tourist visa, Sharjah tourist visa & Abu Dhabi tourist visa where Arooha tours physically having presence in each emirates.
1. Application Process :
It is your responsibility to make sure that the information given to us for your Dubai visa application is correct and complete. We are not responsible for any delays or rejections caused by incorrect info.
You also need to handover the right supporting documents to Arooha to be given to the relevant UAE immigration authorities. The possibility of your application getting rejected is high if this is not done properly
The processing times can differ and are determined by the immigration authorities. At Arooha, we make sure your application is sent on time, but will not confirm a specific period for when your permit will be approved.
Regardless of visa rejection or approval, the fees are non-refundable. You need to pay them in advance at the time of application.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any visa application.

2. Visa Validity and Conditions :
As our customer it is your responsibility to check the validity and conditions of the Dubai visa upon receiving it.
During your stay you need to abide by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and we are not responsible for any issues from the time of your entry to departure.
3. Liability :
Arooha is only an intermediary between you and the UAE immigration authorities. We are not responsible for the decisions they make.
We are not liable for any costs or problems caused by your visa application process, including rejection, delayed processing times, or changes to the regulations.
International Visa Services
These conditions apply for our global visa services to destinations other than the UAE.
1. International Application Process :
To prevent rejection or delays, it is your responsibility to handover accurate information for the visa application for the country of your choice.
Arooha is not liable for any delays or rejection of your visas if proper supporting documents are not given as requested by the relevant embassy of the nation you will be visiting
Depending on your nationality and the regulation of your destination, the processing period can vary. So we cannot guarantee an exact period when you will receive your visa. But do our best to process your application on time.
Visa fees need to be paid in advance and include processing fees and Arooha's service charges which are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any visa application at its discretion.

2. Visa Validity and Conditions:
It is your responsibility to check the validity and conditions of the international visa once received.
You must comply with all the laws of the country you are visiting and Arooha is not responsible for any problem during entry, departure or duration of your stay.
3. International Liability :
We are not responsible for the decisions made by embassies regarding your application since Arooha just acts as a liaison.
Any losses or cost you face by applying for a visa is not Arooha's responsibility. This includes rejection, delays, or modifications to visa requirements according to the relevant embassy.
General Terms Applicable to Both
Communication: The contact details you have provided will be used for any correspondence regarding your visa application. So be sure the ones you give us are current and correct.
Changes to T&M: Arooha reserves the right to modify these at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: The laws of the United Arab Emirates apply to these terms and conditions, so their courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising in relation to these.
By using Arooha to submit your visa application, you attest that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
