Next, we traveled to Washington D.C. and there we were able to visit some unique historical locations such as the Lincoln Memorial,Washington Monument, grandeur of the U.S. and the Capitol Building and these locations made the history of the U.S. come alive for our travellers. We took a boat tour and got very close to Niagara falls and it was one of the most breathtaking views our travellers ever experienced. Once you land at the international airport in the USA, you will be warmly welocmed to beautiful USA by the local representative of Arooha Tours and there onward he will guide you to your airport transfer to your hotel for check in.Once you have checked in to the hotel enjoy a short rest and relax for a bit.In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant to and meet your tour guide as well as the fellow travelers.

Day 4

Las Vegas City Tour

On day 4, enjoy a quick breakfast at the hotel and take a morning flight to Las Vegas. Oce you arrive, get ready for the Las Vegas city tour that covers various attractions such as the Las Vegas Strip,a world class show at one of the famous resorts and do visit the iconic hotels and casinos here. Also don’t forget to experience the unique nightlife experience offered in Las Vegas with options for shows, clubs or even a casual evening walk.

Day 5

Grand Canyon Adventure

On day 5, enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a very exciting day trip to the Grand Canyon which takes about 3 hours to arrive.Once you arrive at Grand Canyon, you will be able to visit the South Rim and enjoy the views from Mather Point and Bright Angel Lodge. In the afternoon you will be able to take a helicopter tour or simply enjoy a short hike on the rim.Finally after all adventures you will be returning back to Las Vegas for dinner.

Day 6

Departure

On your final day in the USA, enjoy a quick breakfast at the hotel and check out. Since you have some free time before the flight, you can enjoy some last minute shopping or relaxing. In the afternoon your airport transfer will take you to the internationa airport in time for you to board your return flight. Accommodation for five nights will be arranged in 3 to 5 star hotels within breakfast and bed basis.

Five set menu dinners will be arranged at Indian Restaurants.

Accommodation for first two nights at the New York Hotel Holiday Inn Manhattan or Fairfield Inn by Marriott,Manhattan or a hotel of similar category.

Accomodation for a one night stay at the Washington Hotel Sheraton Reston or Marriott Bethesda or a hotel of similar category.

Assistance with applying for your USA visa and guidance for arranging all the necessary travel documents for travelling to the USA.

Accomodation for the last two nights at Niagara, the Hotel Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls or Holiday Inn or a hotel of similar category.

To make travelling more convenient for travelers transportation is provided within the USA either on a private coach or a comfortable vehicle.

Airport transfers will be arranged from and to the airport upon both arrival as well as departure.

The return flights from UAE to the USA are arranged by Arooha.

Cancellation Policy

45 days and beyond before departure: 20% of holiday cost is not refundable along with complete ticket cancellation not refundable.
Non-refundable booking fee + 35% holiday cost between 31 and 44 days before departure.
From 30 to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable reservation fee + 50% holiday cost.
14 to 10 days before departure: Booking charge that cannot be refunded + 75% holiday cost.
10 days or less before departure: 100% of total will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

A deposit is required to confirm the booking and the full payment is due at least 30 days before the departure date.
The package includes flights, hotel, transfers, meals are specified and tours. However, exclusions apply.
Cancellations that are made 30 plus days before departure will receive a full refund without the deposit amount.
Travelers are solely responsible for arranging all the necessary travel documents such as a valid passport and travel visa.
It is very mindful for the travelers to consult a doctor for health advice before taking the trip.
Arooha Tours has all rights to change the itinerary without informing prior due to any unexpected circumstances such as flight delays, extreme weather changes or unexpected change of events.
Arooha Tours is not responsible for any issues that are beyond our control.
Travelers must comply with local laws and maintain respectful behavior.
If there are any complaints regarding the tour it must be reported either during the trip or formally within a maximum period of 14 days of return.
Arooha Tours does not take responsibility for delays caused by external factors that are out of their control.

7. How many bags may I take with me ?

The baggage limits vary according to the airline you fly with. It is best that you check with the airline to learn about checked and carry on baggage allowances.

8. What if I miss the flight or the tour ?

We try our best to keep you on schedule, but if you do miss one of your flights or tours, we'll help you out as much as we can. Naturally, though, we aren't responsible for services you miss due to delays that are totally outside of our control.

9. Can I take the tour by myself ?

Yes, you may take the tour by yourself. Single travelers are very welcome. You will be accompanied by other similar minded individuals, and there is an excellent opportunity to meet new friends during the trip and learn about the USA.

10. When should I make the final payment for the tour ?

The full payment for the tour needs to be made within at least 30 days before departure. This allows us to confirm all the bookings and to prepare everything you need in advance so you can travel without any worries or confusions as everything is well organised.
