Tour Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival in New York City

Once you land at the international airport, you will meet the local representative of Arooha tours waiting to welcome you to the city that never sleeps, the beautiful and famous New York City. Next he will guide you to your airport transfer from JFK and it will take you to your designated hotel in time for check in. Once you have checked into the hotel, you can refresh and rest for some time. In the evening we will be visiting the famous Times Square of New York. If you are interested you can also optionally visit the Madame Tussauds or The Ride at an additional cost as it is not included in the package. Finally, enjoy an appetising Dinner at an Indian restaurant and have a good night’s sleep at your hotel in New York.

New York City Tour

On day 2, wake up in beautiful America and start your day with a delicious breakfast arranged at the hotel and then get ready for an amazing New York city tour where you will be able to visit so many famous locations such as the Wall Street, Ground Zero, Trump Tower, UN HQ, Central Park, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue and even take a ferry ride to the Statue of Liberty which is also known as the Liberty Island view.

Then in the evening visit the One World Observatory and the tickets for entrance are included so you do not have to worry at all. Enjoy a nice dinner and have a relaxing overnight hotel stay in New York.

New York to Washington D.C.

On day 3, have a nice breakfast at the hotel and checkout. We will be driving to Washington D.C for a guided city tour where we will be visiting so many nice locations such as the Capitol Building, White House, Lincoln Memorial and even the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. Then for dinner enjoy a tasty meal at an Indian restaurant.Finally check in to your designated hotel and enjoy an overnight hotel stay in Washington D.C.

Washington to Niagara Falls

On day 4, enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel and checkout for a long drive to the beautiful Niagara falls to enjoy breathtaking views.Finally enjoy a nice meal at an Indian restaurant for dinner and return to your hotel near Niagara Falls for a relaxing overnight sleep.

Niagara Falls Adventure

On day 5, have a nice breakfast at the hotel and get ready for a unique adventure in the Niagara Falls where you will be enjoying the amazing Maid of the Mist boat ride, a walk along Cave of the Winds boardwalk and lastly a visit to the Niagara Gorge and State Park.

After the adventure you will be having some free time for some shopping or to have a walk around the local area. Finally enjoy a nice meal at an Indian restaurant for dinner and return to your hotel in Niagara for a relaxing overnight sleep.

Day 6
Visit to Orlando, Florida

On day 6, have a quick breakfast and checkout from the hotel as the airport transfer will be taking us to the airport to fly to Orlando.Once we reach Orland we will be checking into our designated hotel and taking some time to rest. In the evening we will be having some free time to have a walk in the city or simply relax further in the hotel.Finally enjoy a nice meal at an Indian restaurant for dinner and return to your hotel in Orlando for a relaxing overnight sleep.

Walt Disney World – Magic Kingdom

On day 7,have a quick breakfast and get ready for a full day visit to the Walt Disney World Magic Kingdom with tickets for entrance. There we can enjoy anything from themed rides, parades, fireworks and more.Finally enjoy a nice meal at an Indian restaurant for dinner and return to your hotel in Orlando in the evening for a relaxing overnight sleep.

Universal Studios Orlando

On day 8, have a delicious breakfast at the hotel and take a quick transfer to the famous Universal Studios in Orlando for the day full of adventure. We will be getting full day access to all the exciting rides, shows and attractions within the studios. You can also check out The Wizarding World of Harry Potter and much more.Finally enjoy a nice meal at an Indian restaurant for dinner and return to your hotel for a relaxing overnight sleep.

Orlando to Las Vegas

On day 9, enjoy a mouth watering breakfast at the hotel and checkout. Then we will be flying to Las Vegas, Nevada. Once we arrive at the airport we will be transferred to a hotel on the Strip for check in. After check in we can refresh and relax a bit before enjoying the rest of the day. In the evening, enjoy an amazing city tour in Las Vegas where you will be visiting various locations such as Bellagio Fountains, Fremont Street and the Volcano Show at Mirage. If you want you can also enjoy an optional Helicopter night tour over the Strip at an extra cost.

Walt Disney World – Magic Kingdom

On day 10, enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel. This is a totally free day where you have so many options to choose from you can either go shopping, go to the casino or even simply just rest at the hotel and relax by the pool. However if you are feeling more adventurous then you can go for an optional Grand Canyon tour with South or West Rim at an additional cost. At night you can enjoy a mouthwatering dinner and have an overnight hotel stay in Las Vegas.

Las Vegas to Los Angeles

On day 11, have a nice breakfast at the hotel and we will be going on a drive to Los Angeles.On the way we will also be visiting the famous Santa Monica Beach and Venice Boardwalk.Next we will be checking into the hotel and freshen up to enjoy a delicious dinner. After a day full of travelling, enjoy a good night’s sleep to recharge for the next amazing day in America.

Los Angeles City Tour and Departure

On day 12, have a quick breakfast served at the hotel and quickie check out and get ready for a wonderful guided city tour in Los Angeles where we will visit a wide range of unique locations such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame, Dolby Theatre, Beverly Hills, Sunset Strip,Griffith Observatory and don’t forget to stop near the Hollywood Sign to take a nice picture with it to remember this amazing trip you took to America.Next the airport transfer will take you to the LAX airport in time for you to board your return flight to Dubai.We home that you fly back with more beautiful memories and more happiness.

What is Included in the Package?

Airport Transfers are arranged from and to the airport upon both arrival as well as departure.
Accomodation for the eleven nights will be arranged at premium hotels on bed and breakfast basis so breakfast is included for all the eleven days. The breakfast at Niagara and Vegas are Indian breakfasts.
Accomodation for the first two nights is arranged at the New York Hotel Holiday inn Manhattan or the Fairfield inn Manhattan or a hotel of similar category.
Accomodation for the following nights is arranged at Washington Hotel Sheraton Reston or Marriott Bethesda or a hotel similar category.
Accomodation for the fourth night is arranged at the Niagara, Hotel Wyndham Garden Niagara Falls or Holiday Inn or a hotel of similar category.
Accomodation for the fifth nights is arranged at the Las Vegas Hotel Luxor or Excalibur or a hotel of similar category.
Accomodation for the sixth night is arranged at the Los Angeles Hotel Crowne Plaza Commerce or Holiday Inn West Covina or a hotel of similar category.
Accomodation for the last two nights is arranged at the San Francisco Hotel Crowne Plaza Union City or Fairfield Inn or a hotel of similar category.
Dinner for all eleven nights will be arranged at restaurants with a set menu.
An English speaking guide to take you on daily guided city tours in New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles and San Francisco.
Tickets and entrance fees are provided to all the major attractions such as the Statue of Liberty, One World Observatory, Smithsonian Museum, Niagara Adventure Theater, Universal Studios and more.
Optional helicopter ride over the Las Vegas Strip at an additional cost.
Optional tour add ons are available.
Insurance coverage is provided for Covid 19 along with a PCR testing to use in case if required.
Airfare for the return flights are included.
Transport to all the mentioned locations in the package will be provided in a Deluxe coach to ensure convenience.

What is Not Included in the Package?

Costs for shopping, laundry, additional meals, extra activities,tips, souvenirs and other personal expenses are not covered in the package price.
Meals and drinks that are not mentioned in the inclusions are not included in the package.
Any optional tours, services or activities that are not mentioned in the package are not included.
Even though travel insurance is not included it is highly recommended for safety purposes.
Tips for guides, drivers or hotel staff is optional and it is not included.
Additional baggage fees are not included.
Any other expenses that are not specifically mentioned in the package details are not covered.

Cancellation Policy

  • 45 days and beyond before departure: 20% of holiday cost is not refundable along with complete ticket cancellation not refundable.
  • Non-refundable booking fee + 35% holiday cost between 31 and 44 days before departure.
  • From 30 to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable reservation fee + 50% holiday cost.
  • 14 to 10 days before departure: Booking charge that cannot be refunded + 75% holiday cost.
  • 10 days or less before departure: 100% of total will be charged.

  • The travel visa to the U.S is not included and you need to apply for your own U.S. visa but visa guidance is provided.
  • There will be no refunds given for any skipped activities,site visits or unused services.
  • Travel insurance is not covered but we recommend you to get one for your own safety.
  • The Itinerary can be changed by Arooha tours without informing earlier in case of any unexpected circumstances like flight delays, extreme weather changes or unexpected turn of events.
  • Costs for shopping, laundry, additional meals, extra activities,tips, souvenirs and other personal expenses are not covered in the package price.
  • If you carry more than the allowed amount of baggage you will have to pay the airline at your own expense.
  • Arooha is your tour planner and they will plan everything from flights, hotels,transfers and more through trusted partners.
  • The full payment must be made on time or else the booking will be canceled.
