Earlier this winter, I got this wonderful opportunity to lead a group of 34 curious travelers from the UAE on the Classical Kazakhstan tour and it honestly surprised all of us. For 3 nights and 4 days, we travelled all around the modern city of Almaty and we were so happy to see the unique view of mountains covered in snow.

Our tour started with a visit to the breathtaking Shymbulak Mountain Resort which can only be accessed by a cable car ride over forests full of thick pine and this cable car ride with amazing forest views truly felt like something out of a fairytale. Then, we visited the Huns Ethno Village where we were greeted with warm local sweets, horse games, archery sessions and traditional dances. At this location we were able to learn a lot about the rich nomadic heritage.

We also took a peaceful drive to the deep blue waters of the beautiful Issyk Lake, the Green Bazaar and ended the tour at the Kok Tobe Park. Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Astana

Once you have arrived at the Astana International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed to the beautiful nation of Kazakhstan by the loyal representative of Arooha Tours. Then he will guide you to your comfortable airport transfer that will take you to your designated 4 star hotel for check in. Once you have checked in to the hotel you can refresh and relax for some time. In the evening we will be taking a city drive to see the Nurzhol Boulevard and Baiterek Tower. Afterwards return back to the hotel and enjoy a good nights sleep.

Day 2

Astana to Almaty

On day 2, start your day with a delicious breakfast in the morning. The first stop of your Kazakhstan adventure is the Hazrat Sultan Mosque and next the Palace of Peace and Reconciliation. After the first visit your airport transfer will take you to the airport for your domestic flight to Almaty and once you arrive at Almaty, we will be going to th designated hotel for check in. You can enjoy the rest of the evenibg in leisure or take a light evening walk as you have some free time.

Day 3

Almaty Guided City Tour

On day 3, have a quick breakfast served at the hotel and get ready for a guided city tour in Almaty. We will be visiting a wide range of locations on this city tour such as the Panfilov Park,Zenkov Cathedral,Green Bazaar and even a unique experience of a cable car ride to Kok Tobe Hill. You also have the opportunity to take an optional tour to the Folklore show or a local dining experience at an additional cost. Finally return to the hotel and rest well.

Day 4

Departure

On your final day in Kazakhstan. Enjoy a nice breakfast at the hotel and check out. After checkinh out you have some free time for final shopping or just to take some photos.Your airport transfer will pick you up and drop you at the Almaty International Airport in time for you to board your return flight to Dubai. We hope that you fly back home with a heart full of joy and beautiful memories of this unforgettable tour.
