Day 1
Arrive at Kochi

You will fly to Kochi Airport and will meet out Tamarind Global representative who will be waiting for you outside the terminal building to transfer you to your hotel. Freshen up and start for Kochi city tour. There are several plaves you viit in this city starting from Fort Kochi, Mattancherry Island, Jewish Synagogue, Mattancherry palace, Chinese Fishing nets, St. Francis church among others. Historical places. You spend evening at leisure. You will retire to you hotel room in Kochi.

Kochi – Munnar

After delicious breakfast check out of the hotel and embark on a drive to Munnar. You will make stop at Abhayaranyam, elephant’s rehabilitation center. Spend the night in Munnar.

Munnar Sightseeing

You will visit the Eravikulam National Park and Tea Museum. Next stop will be at Mattupetty Dam, Eco Point and lastly Flower Garden. You will retire to you hotel room in Munnar.

Munnar – Thekkady

Have breakfast before guide pick you at the hotel for a drive to Thekkady (Periyar). The drive will take around 3 hours and when you arrive, check-in to a hotel. Later you will head out for Periyar sightseeing tour. Periyar National Park and Tiger Reserve are at an elevation in the Pandalam Hills of the Western Ghats on the border to Tamilnadu, close to Cardamom Hills and Pamba River. The picturesque lake formed at the center of the sanctuary is the Periyar Lake. Take a boat ride in the lake to see the game up close. Later visit spice plantation. Return to the hotel and retire to your room in Thekkady.

Thekkady – Kumarakom

After enjoying the breakfast guide will pick you at the hotel for a drive to Kumarakom. It is amazing destination featuring canals, waterways and labyrinth of lagoons as a result of the water from the Lake which flow into the mainland. Return to the hotel stay the night in Kumarakom.

Kumarakom Sightseeing

You will get to visit Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary here you will see up-close diverse bird species. You can get some Ayurveda treatments at the hotel where you spent the night. You will pay for this service direct. Return to the hotel and retie to your room in Kumarakom.

Kumarakom – Kovalam

After breakfast, drive to Kovalam- located near Trivandrum state capital. Tourits flock here to enjoy the palm-fringed beaches and relaxing centers. This is a small town that was first noted when the last Maharani of Travancore - Sethu Lakshmi Bayi built the Halcyon Castle. The place became a tourist destination in the 1970s with the arrival of the "hippies" and now boasts of a 17 km coastal line and comprises of three splendid beaches: LightHouse, Hawah and Samudra. When you arrive will proceed to check in at your hotel, spend the time at your leisure. Stay overnight in Kovalam.

Kovalam & Trivandrum Sightseeing

After having your breakfast, you can go out to explore best places in Kovalam - light house, Vellayani Lake and Valiyathura Pier. Afterwards drive to Trivandrum for sightseeing tour of Napier Museum with Art Gallery. Spend the night in Kovalam.

  • 45 days or more before departure: 10% of cost of holiday and cost of ticket non-returnable
  • 31-44 days prior: 25% holiday price in addition to booking fee
  • 15-30 days in advance: 50% holiday rate
  • 10-14 days: 75% of vacation cost incurred
  • Less than 10 days: Full cancellation charges

  • Itinerary will be adjusted according to prevailing weather and road conditions
  • Unused meals and services are not reimbursed
  • In the event that the hotels are fully occupied, the same type of hotels will be provided
  • Travelers need to acquire the visa and other travel papers
  • Allowed check-in duration is 2:00 PM-3:00 PM. Check-out duration is 11:00 AM-12:
  • Early check-in and late check-out are possible upon request but subject to availability
  • No changes shall be made after booking as part of this fixed departure package.
  • Passports and UAE visas must not expire within 6 months of the date of travel.
