Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Arrival in Tbilisi and Dinner

Once you arrive at the International Airport of Georgia in Tbilisi, you will meet our representative who will warmly welcome you to the beautiful country of Georgia and arrange a comfortable airport transfer for you to reach the hotel safely and in time for check in at 14 pm. Once you check in to the hotel you can settle in the room and relax the rest of the time or even decide to have a walk in the surrounding areas. At night, you can enjoy a delicious dinner served at the hotel before staying the night.

Day 2

Full day Gudauri Tour (Optional)

On day 2 in Georgia, start with a delicious breakfast. Enjoy a full-day optional tour of Gudauri and Kazbegi. Where you will be able to visit various locations such as the Ananuri Fortress for breathtaking views, the Georgian Military Road ,Gudauri ski resort,Kazbegi, Gergeti Trinity Church and enjoy mesmerising mountain views.

Day 3

Half-Day Tbilisi City Tour & Valentine’s Dinner

On day 3, enjoy your tasty breakfast at the hotel.Then get ready for a guided half day city tour of Tbilisi at 10 AM.Visit Old Tbilisi, Meydan, sulfur baths, Metekhi plateau, Rustaveli Avenue, Liberty Square, Turtle Lake and the iconic Bridge of Peace. You can also visit historical sites, synagogues, mosques and the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Once you are done with the tour you can return back to the hotel and relax.

Day 4

Breakfast and Airport Transfer for Departure

On your last day, enjoy your final breakfast in Georgia and then you have the time to relax before the check out time. Your airport transfer will arrive to drop you to the Tbilisi International Airport for your departure return flight back to Dubai.

Exclusions

Any tours that are not mentioned in the tour inclusions are not included.

Personal expenses such as shopping, tips,souvenirs, additional activities and other extra meals that are not mentioned in the package are not covered.

Early check in or late check out costs are initially not included in the package.

Cancellation Policy

45 days and beyond before departure: 20% of holiday cost is not refundable along with complete ticket cancellation not refundable.
Non-refundable booking fee + 35% holiday cost between 31 and 44 days before departure.
From 30 to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable reservation fee + 50% holiday cost.
14 to 10 days before departure: Booking charge that cannot be refunded + 75% holiday cost.
10 days or less before departure: 100% of total will be charged.

The itinerary can be subjected to change without any prior notice due to unavoidable circumstances such as flight delays, weather conditions etc.
Tours that are listed as "optional" are not included in the basic package and require additional booking and costs.
If the listed hotel is unavailable due to unavoidable reasons we will ensure to arrange an alternative hotel with similar services etc.
No refunds will be provided for any unused services or missed tours during your visit.
Travelers are fully responsible for verifying and obtaining necessary travel documents such as valid passports and visas.Arooha Tours is not liable for any visa rejections.
There are various payment options available where Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) offers 0% installment plans for 3 and 6 months.
