Day 1

Arrival in Tbilisi

Once you arrive at the International airport at Tbilisi and you will receive a warm welcome by our friendly representative that will arrange you a comfortable airport transfer to reach your designated 4 star hotel stress free. Once you check in to the hotel you have plenty of free time to either walk and enjoy the surrounding areas or relax at the hotel.

Day 2

Tbilisi City Tour

Start your 2nd day in Georgia with a delightful breakfast at the hotel.Enjoy a half day guided City Tour in Tbilisi which is the capital city of Georgia. You will be able to visit so many attractions such as Old Tbilisi, Meydan, sulfur baths, Metekhi Plateau,Glass Bridge of Peace, Rustaveli Avenue,Turtle Lake and much more. Don’t miss out experiencing a cable car ride for mesmerising views.

Day 3

Ananuri Gudauri Kazbegi Tour

On day 3, enjoy a tasty breakfast at the hotel. Then you will have a full day Ananuri-Gudauri-Kazbegi Tour that awaits you. The first stop will be the Ananuri Fortress that overlooks the beautiful Zhinvali Lake.The second stop is the Gudauri ski resort that is located on the Georgian Military Highway. The final stop of the day will be the Stepantsminda village that offers breathtaking views of Mount Kazbegi. You can also enjoy an optional 4x4 ride to Gergeti Trinity Church but it is only possible at an extra charge.

Day 4

Departure from Tbilisi

On your final day in the beautiful country of Georgia, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Then you have some free time before the airport transfer arrives so you can either revisit some nearby locations or just relax at the hotel as per your interest.Depart from the hotel as per the flight schedule.

Cancellation Policy

45 days and beyond before departure: 20% of holiday cost is not refundable along with complete ticket cancellation not refundable.
Non-refundable booking fee + 35% holiday cost between 31 and 44 days before departure.
From 30 to 15 days prior to departure: Non-refundable reservation fee + 50% holiday cost.
14 to 10 days before departure: Booking charge that cannot be refunded + 75% holiday cost.
10 days or less before departure: 100% of total will be charged.

There will be no refund given for any unutilized services, meals or sightseeing during the trip.
If the mentioned hotels are unavailable due to certain circumstances, Arooha Tours will make sure to arrange you for similar category hotels with the same services etc.
Any meals or services that are not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package price.
Travelers are fully responsible for obtaining and verifying all the necessary travel documents such as visas and passports for the trip.
The standard check-in time at hotels is usually between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, while standard check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
Tips for the driver or the guide are not included in the package price and should be given separately.
Travel insurance is included in the package but if you want additional coverage it can be purchased separately.
