You will fly to Shota Rustaveli Tbilisi International Airport arrive approximately 15:55 hrs. You will be welcomed to Georgia by our representative and get into the vehicle to the hotel where you will stay the night in Tbilisi.
After breakfast in the hotel, guide will pick at the hotel to visit Mtskheta. Here we see Jvari, the 6th century monument on the hill top with magnificent views to the confluence of the rivers Mtkvari and Aragvi. Next, we'll make a stop at Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, which is where Christ’s robe was buried. We will also stop at the Metekhi Bridge and Meidan Square. Then we will continue our walk along the Bridge of Peace, which connects the old city to Rike Park. The other place we will explore is the Clock Tower. It is popular visited to see one angel comes out to the bell every hour using small hammer. We will soon take a walk along Shardeni Street – so popular that no guest coming to Georgia ever leaves the country without seeing it. After, we will use cable car for reaching Narikala Fortress, then with another walking entrance to the Mother Georgia. So, we’ll soon be off to Abanotubani and the Sulphur Baths. Next we will visit Juma Mosque, the odd Mosque that Sunnis and Shias can pray together. After that, enjoy your time then we go back to hotel. Overnight stay in Tbilisi
After having breakfast at the hotel, guide will pick you at the hotel for drive to Kazbegi, in the North Eastern part of Georgia. We will first visit Ananuri Complex – a home of the Aragvi Dukes which was built in 16th-17th centuries. The castle has a magnificent view of the Zhinvali Reservoir, among the largest in Georgia. Soon, we’ll be off to the Gudauri Panorama, a circular balcony constructed in the late 19th century and suspended 600 meters over snow-covered cliffs with staggering views of the Caucasus Mountains. After a small trip we will drive in the direction of the town of Kazbegi and later to Gergeti, at 2.170 meters above the sea level, under Mount Kazbegi. And last, we will come back to Tbilisi. Have breakfast at hotel, guide will pick at the hotel and begin our day tour to Kakheti. The first place is the most beautiful town of Kakheti, Sighnaghi founded in late 18th century by King Erekle II. The defensive wales and 28 towers were constructed by him against Lezgian invading. It has great views over the Alazani valley to the Caucasus. Next we will visit Bodbe Monastery dedicated to St. Nino. Also we will get to catch the stunning view of the Alazani valley and the snowcapped Caucasus Mountains. The other spot we're visiting is Chronicles of Georgia, or the History Memorial of Georgia, and Georgian Stonehenge. The monument represents Georgian imperial history, well-known literature and the importance of Christianity in Georgia. Stay at a hotel in Tbilisi.
