Payment Policy

  • AED 750 is the first payment. VFS appointment charge plus non-refundable deposit (110 per person)
  • When collecting and sharing documents for visa processing at the embassy, a payment of 45% is required.
  • After making all necessary adjustments to the first and second installments, the final payment must be made 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once a deposit of AED 750 PP is made, it cannot be recovered.
  • 25% of the tour price (AED 1750) PP will be charged if the reservation is canceled within 60 days before departure.
  • 50% of the tour price (AED 3500) PP will be lost if the reservation is canceled between 35 and 20 days before to departure
  • If canceled within 20 days, 100% cancellation will be applied
  • If canceled before 20 days due to a valid health concern, only a service cost of AED 550 + visa fee will be charged; the remaining amount will be reimbursed or issued as a credit note for future usage, pending supplier approval.
  • There is always a 60% minimum participation requirement for group tours. If there are fewer people, we, as the travel agency, will have to cancel the tour and issue refund. If you paid us money for anything, such as an appointment charge, a visa cost, insurance, etc., will be subtracted, or we will offer you a personalized package at an extra expense.

  • There will be no refund given for any unutilized services, meals or sightseeing during the trip.
  • If the mentioned hotels are unavailable due to certain circumstances, Arooha Tours will make sure to arrange you for similar category hotels with the same services etc.
  • Any meals or services that are not mentioned in the itinerary are not included in the package price.
  • Travelers are fully responsible for obtaining and verifying all the necessary travel documents such as visas and passports for the trip.
  • The standard check-in time at hotels is usually between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, while standard check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
  • Tips for the driver or the guide are not included in the package price and should be given separately.
  • Travel insurance is included in the package but if you want additional coverage it can be purchased separately.
  • No amendments or changes can be made once the booking is confirmed. Please make sure that all the details are accurate before finalizing and confirming your booking.
