Day 1

Arrival in Baku – Transfer to Gabala

Once you arrive at the Baku International Airport you will be greeted by our representative who will arrange you a comfortable private airport transfer to Gabala where you will check in for a 5 star luxury accommodation at the Qafqaz Thermal Hotel and Spa in Gabala. Once you check in you can enjoy some free time to relax and enjoy the thermal spa facilities in the hotel.

Day 2

Gabala to Baku + Half-Day Baku City Tour & Shopping

On day 2, enjoy a delightful breakfast at the hotel and drive from Gabala to Baku where you will be visiting various locations such as the Upland Park, Old Town and Baku Downtown.Don’t forget to check out the local markets and shopping centers located nearby. In the evening after the day’s visits, check in for a 4 star luxury stay at the Hotel Qafqaz Baku Sahil.

Day 3

Gobustan and Absheron Peninsula Tour

On day 3, start your day with a mouth watering continental breakfast at the hotel. The first locations you will be visiting are the Gobustan Museum and Gobustan National Park which has rock carvings as well as mud volcanoes to observe. Next up visit the Ateshgah Fire Temple and Yanar Dag which is also known as the Burning Mountain where you can learn about Azerbaijan's unique fire worshipping history and natural gas emissions.

Day 4

Departure

On day 4, which is your final day in Azerbaijan, enjoy a delicious breakfast at the hotel before checking out from the hotel for departure. Once you check out from the hotel, your airport transfer will arrive to drop you off at the airport for your flight back home. Return to Dubai with beautiful memories of this dreamy winter vacation.

Visa, visa fees, travel related documents and additional related costs are not covered in this package.

Cancellation Policy

If you are cancelling 45 days or more before departure 20% of the total holiday cost is non refundable and the full charges for the flight tickets are non refundable.
If you are cancelling between 44 to 31 days before departure then the booking amount and 35% of the total package price is non refundable.
If you are cancelling between 30 to 15 days before departure then the booking amount as well as 50% of the total holiday package price remains non-refundable.
If you are cancelling somewhere between 14 to 10 days before departure then the booking amount along with 75% of the total trip cost will be non refundable.
If you are cancelling in less than 10 days before departure then the full cancellation fee of 100% of the total holiday amount will be charged.

Terms & Conditions

Fixed departure and no amendments are allowed.
In case if the hotels mentioned in the package inclusions are unavailable, Arooha tours will make sure to arrange a hotel within a similar capacity.
No refund will be given for any unutilized services or sightseeing.
Travelers are solely responsible for obtaining all the necessary visas and documents related to the tour.

No, this is a fixed departure package, Therefore, no customisation or amendments are allowed.

There will be no refund given for any of the unutilized services or site visits.

6. What happens if I need to cancel my trip?

If you cancel the trip, the cancellation charges solely depend on how close it is to your date of departure. For example, cancellations made 45 days or more in advance will cost a 20% non refundable fee.Cancellations that are done within 10 days of departure are fully non refundable.

7. Do I require a visa to travel to Azerbaijan?

Yes, you will need to check and apply for a visa if required. Visa costs are not included in the package.

8. Are there any tips required for the guides and drivers?

Tipping for drivers and guides are not included and it is optional.
