Book the Dubai Self-drive boat Tour to embark on a 90-minute journey off Dubai’s coastline and stand the chance to feast your eyes on the incredible attractions that line its banks while filling up on a bit of cultural knowledge. The first activity of your tour is a stroll along the fishing harbour. Observe age-old fishing fishing techniques, a collection of unique fishing boats and dhows (called lanshs), fisherfolk mending fishing nets and the bustling fish market. You will then receive a briefing on safety techniques before letting you out on a test spin. Once you are confident with the controls, head out behind your instructor on to the blue waters of the Dubai coastline. Maneuver your Hero boat parallel to the lengthy stretch of the famous Kite Beach and observe the stunning setting as you make your way to the Burj Al Arab. After a brief photo stop at the iconic landmark cruise off to Logo Island which is home to Dubai Ruler’s massive private yacht. Catch a glimpse of Palm Jumeirah and learn more about its secrets and other facts from your guide. Your last attraction will be the Atlantis Palm Hotel where you will stop for a selfie or two before starting the return to Dubai harbour. Some of the last sights you will see on the Dubai Self-drive boat Tour are views of the Dubai skyline with the world famous Burj Khalifa standing tall like a crown.

Arrive at the meeting point by hailing a taxi or using public transport. The meeting point is the Fishing Harbour 2 in Umm Suqeim. If you book a transfer with us for an additional cost, a chauffeur will pick you up from your location in Dubai and drop you at the Meeting point by private car.
After arriving at the meeting point, you will meet our guides and be escorted to the departure point. Roam the harbour to know more about UAE’s fishing history. You will then receive a safety briefing and the chance to take the Hero boat on a test spin. Once you are thorough with the skills, follow your guide into the water. You will ride along the entire length of Dubai’s kite beach. Continue towards the Burj Al Arab then head towards Logo Island. Cruise past Palm Jumeirah and view the Atlantis hotel as well Return back to the harbour at Dubai and view the skyline on the way.
After your tour is over you can return back by taxi or public transport. If you have booked a transfer with us, you will be dropped back at your hotel by your chauffeur in a private vehicle.
