After breakfast in the hotel, we will start our tour by visiting Old Tbilisi. First, we will visit Metekhi Church that overlooks the Mtkvari River and Meidan Bazaar. Afterwards, we will stroll through Shardeni Street, full of colorful cafes and restaurants. Later, we will walk across the contemporary Bridge of Peace that links the old part of the city to the Rike Park. From there, we will take a cable car to Narikala Fortress and continue walking to the statue of Mother of Georgia. Soon after, we will descend to Abanotubani, the district of naturally hot sulfur baths. We will then walk to Leghvtakhevi, with a beautiful waterfall. Later, we will walk to Tbilisi (Juma) Mosque. Shortly after, we will visit the Botanical Garden, which has a beautiful waterfall in its heart. After breakfast in the hotel, we will start our tour by visiting Borjomi. It is a hydrothermal health spa resort in the southern region of Georgia and has always been famous for medical purposes, and volcanic mineral water Borjomi – the ‘Pearl of the Caucasus’. Soon after, we will walk through Borjomi Central Park. The park has an ecological theme and features children’s amusement rides, a swimming pool and cinema. Another attraction in the park is the statue of Prometheus, standing at the base of a small waterfall. Also, near the entrance of the park, you will be able to try mineral water directly from the spring. After enjoying your time in a beautiful park, we will then head to Tbilisi. After breakfast in the hotel, we will start our tour by visiting Kazbegi in northeastern Georgia. Your first stop will be at Ananuri Complex, a former residence of the Aragvi Dukes dating back to the 16th and 17th centuries. The fortress beautifully overlooks the Zhinvali Dam, one of the main reservoirs of Georgia. Shortly, we will head to see the conjunction of two small mountain rivers, Tetri Aragvi and Shavi Aragvi that are famous for their white and black colors and won’t mix even after merging. We will then make a stop at Gudauri Panorama or Monument of Peace, a circular balcony hanging off a 600-meter cliff with breathtaking views of the Caucasus Mountains. Shortly after, we will arrive in Kazbegi town and drive up to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2170 m above the sea level. Here we will enjoy unique nature with beautiful panoramic views of the Caucasus, including Mount Kazbegi (5047 m), which is Georgia’s third highest peak. Finally, it is time to return to Tbilisi. After breakfast in the hotel, we will start our tour by visiting Kakheti region, Georgia’s premier wine-producing area and home to hundreds of historical and architectural monuments. First, we will visit Bodbe Mother’s Monastery, immersed in the green forest and known for the burial site of St. Nino. After that, we will head to Sighnaghi, known as the City of Love, with an amazing position perched on a lofty hilltop overlooking the snow-capped Caucasus looming in the distance across the vast Alazani Valley. Its charming cobblestone streets and alleys, restored original nouveau woodwork, and detailed facades give the town a romantic mystique. Soon then you will have a chance to walk over the Sighnaghi Wall, built in the 18th century. There is also a local market where you can taste and buy Georgian spices, sweets, and much more.
